What time are you open for will call?
6am - 3:30pm every Monday - Friday.
Are you open on the weekends?
We are not. We are open every Monday - Friday from 6am - 5pm though. Come visit us at our showroom in Tualatin!
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, talk with someone from our sales team to help assist you with your quote.
How do I pick up my materials?
Lakeside will load trucks or cars as requested for onsite pickup but will not secure to the vehicle.
Materials will be cut at request but those items will not be eligible for return.
Can I go into the warehouse and pick my own material?
No, we have an additional small showroom in the warehouse but outside of that showroom access is limited to employees only for safety reasons.
Can I return my materials?
Stock items are returnable. Items must be resalable to be eligible for return. Cut materials are not returnable. If you have a question reach out to our customer support team by giving us a call.
How does the priming & staining process work?
The process starts with you selecting your material. From there, you'll receive a brush out of what the stain/primed material will look like and if you approve, you'll sign the stain confirmation. We'll get to work prepping your materials and once things are ready you can either pick up or we'll deliver the materials to you. Note that all special order stain and primed materials are non-returnable.
Lakeside has an onsite staining machine to provide this proprietary service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and card.
Where do you deliver?
Our in house delivery range includes:
- Portland Metro
- Vancouver Metro
- Oregon Coast
- Central Oregon (we do runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Do you charge for delivery?
For orders with over $600 of materials within 40 loaded miles deliveries are free. Anything outside of these parameters will be discussed prior to the scheduling of delivery.
Do you sell vinyl siding?
No, we do not.
